1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by documeai.sbs (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our consulting, training, or documentation services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services; No legal advice
We provide consulting/training/documentation support related to business processes and technical work. Any information provided through the Site or in the course of services is for general informational purposes and practical assistance only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE. You should consult a qualified professional for advice on your specific situation.
3. Scope and limitations of services
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and assumptions are defined in the applicable proposal, order, or agreement (if any). Unless expressly stated, we are not responsible for outcomes outside the defined scope.
We may use third-party tools or materials to perform the services. Such use does not transfer ownership or warranties for third-party items, except as stated in the applicable agreement.
4. Acceptable use
- You must not use the Site to violate laws or third-party rights.
- You must not interfere with security, performance, or availability.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or automated exploitation.
- You must provide accurate information when contacting us.
5. User accounts (if applicable)
If we provide account credentials, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and all related materials (excluding your own content) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for its intended purpose.
7. Fees; non-payment
If fees apply, they will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. You agree to pay all amounts due on time. We may suspend performance if payments are overdue, without liability where permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that outcomes will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the applicable service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law), unless a higher limitation is prohibited.
10. Privacy
If we collect personal information (for example, via a contact form), we will handle it in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報の保護に関する法律). This includes providing required disclosures regarding the purpose of use and related handling notifications. See: Article 27 and Article 24.
11. Specified Commercial Transactions (Japan)
If any offering is made as an internet mail-order service in Japan that qualifies under the framework for “mail order sales” under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引に関する法律), we will display the required provider identity and statutorily required transaction/dispute information on the applicable offer/landing page, including the required items under Article 11.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, any rights granted to you will end, but provisions that by their nature should survive will continue.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after the update means you accept the updated Terms.
